Refund policy

30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with any included tags, accessories, and documentation.

Starting a return

Email support@backtoschoolgear.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Because products may ship from different approved suppliers, do not mail a return until you receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized products, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by law. Any product-specific exception shown on the product page applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and card processing times vary.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed after supplier processing or fulfillment begins.
