Shipping and delivery

Orders may be fulfilled directly by one or more of our approved supplier partners. Processing times vary by product and are shown when available. Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products and destination. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages and may generate more than one tracking number.

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and incorrect delivery information can affect estimated arrival dates.

Please review the shipping address before completing checkout. If an address needs to be changed, contact us immediately at support@backtoschoolgear.com. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact support@backtoschoolgear.com with the order number so we can investigate.
